Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy – Molino Store 

At Molino Store, our customers' satisfaction is our priority. We're committed to providing high-quality products and a safe, convenient shopping experience.

1. Returns within 14 days You may request to return a product and get a refund within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations, subject to the legal exceptions.

2. Defective or non-conforming products If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not matching its description or stated specifications, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle your request in line with your legal rights as a consumer, including an exchange, or a return and refund where the legal conditions apply.

3. Return conditions

  • Please return the product with its accessories and original packaging, where possible.
  • The product must not be used or damaged beyond what is needed to examine its nature, characteristics and function, subject to the relevant legal provisions and exceptions.
  • These conditions do not limit any rights guaranteed to consumers by law.

4. Shipping costs Shipping costs are determined based on the reason for the return and the applicable legal rules. You won't pay additional costs in cases where the law requires that.

5. Refunds Once we receive the product and inspect it if needed, we will start the refund process within the period and by the method set by law, in line with the payment method used and the procedures available.

6. Handmade crochet products Our crochet products are handmade piece by piece, so they are excluded from the 14-day return in section 1. We offer size adjustments only, within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your rights if a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, as set out in section 2.

7. Electrical products warranty Lighting products have a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. The warranty doesn't cover misuse, incorrect installation, or breakage.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return, and attach photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
